We will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website, within 3 days after you receive the item, the received date base on the sign-in date of the post office record. The exchange or refund item must be in original sealed condition without any damage. It’s buyer’s responsibility to pay the returning postage, we shall not be responsible for goods lost in transit when sending back. I recommend you to obtain the proof of postage in this case.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DVDCOLLECTS.COM within 7 days after delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You may exchange for the same item or partial refund within 1 month after delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
